Castle customer service
simply put Castle Creations customer service is amazing. I sent my speed control in to get the capacitors replaced and they just sent me a new one. My motor was also attached (direct-solder) and they threw it out with the speed control but only sent me an esc. So I called them em up and then they called back asking what kinda motor it was and that they're sending me a new one! So I got a completely new system! I'm pretty excited haha.
