Well for a fast setup, if you can get 3s lipos, get the Mamba Max 5700 system.
If you want to stick with 6-cell nimh Ib4200s or 2s lipo, get the Novak GTB + 3.5R motor.
And a light-weight chassis (2wd buggy, 4wd touring car, etc).

I run the 3.5R in my Bandit buggy, clocked it at 55mph with 6-cell DTX 3800s... It does look like a "whizz" going by you: [link=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dWLeJrQuO4Y]Bandit 55mph short video[/link]

ya i want your buggy set up, can you give me a link to the esc, motor, and battery
Teamnovak.com or towerhobbies.com for the brushless GTB + 3.5R combo. Hit towerhobbies.com for IB 4200s and DTX 3800-4200 packs. I had to trim my Bandit's battery compartment to fit the side-by-side soldered DTX 3800, due to the battery bars sticking out on each side a bit. It still only fits slightly daigonally, with the front and rear battery hold downs raised up (loosened the screws). Stick packs will fit just fine, but they aren't as efficient, but that's a slight difference.

You'll want Deans connectors for the ESC, and for the batteries if they don't come with them.
