Default Duratrax charger any good?

I was just looking through some duratrax chargers and found this. EXTREMELY CHEAP!!! Why?

It cycles, charges, and discharges.

And you can use it with a wall socket, correct?

I am looking for a replacment charger for my vission peak 2. And I think it is really cool that it cycles and discharges for that much money.

EDIT: sorry no link

And also why do they only recoment a max of 3 amp for nimh?

Thats only a dc charger, so you will need this to charger it on a wall: http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXUF47&P=V

Actually I don't5 agree that it is the "best bang for your buck" because the perana(?) is 55$. And if you add the two up (charger, power supply) it is only 10$ more for cycling and discharging.

H\Does anyone have any experience with this charger?

The Piranha gives you 1-8 cells as opposed to 4-7, lets you charge at 5 amps as opposed to 4.5 amps, and has a screen to show you voltage, mah, ect.

The screen is the kicker for me.
