RE: e-revo
Are you going to use the stock chassis, or an aftermarket one like the gorilla g3r? What transmission do you plan to use?
- Gorilla G3R chassis: $325 (exclude if using stock)
- E-maxx Tranny: $80 (exclude if using stock)
- Motor mount: $60 (exclude if using e-maxx tranny)
- Batteries: $80-$250 depending on if you get nimh or lipo.
- Battery holders: $20-40 depending on how you decide to fabricate them.
- BEC: $20-40 (exclude if you are using a receiver pack)
- Pinions: $10-15 each. You should use hardened steel, which is why its so expensive.

RE: e-revo
u dont need a gmaxx chassis or battery holders. a motor (7xl) will run u 70 bucks

if u want the best esc, go with the Mamba Max, it will run you 115

As for batteries, its up to ur wallet. Lipos are amazing, but it wil unload ur wallet. 14c NI-mn is less expensive but still performs well. im doin a NTB conversion and im using 2 7 cell IB4200 packs.

sooo i will cost u but look around here in the classifieds for stuff cheaper, i lucked up and got a 9xl motor traded for my nitro outta my car. u just got to look around

RE: e-revo
Some of you guys are way around the question, he just wants to know how much it would take to convert a Revo to accept an electric motor.
[link=http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail.php?prod=RCMrevomount]$60+shipping and maybe $6 for a pinion.[/link]
Edit: A nice Quark ESC is far better matched for this application then a Mamba Max.
