I wouldn't get it. It is better to use a charge designed for Lipo's...............

Since its made by Great Planes and that its a very reasonable price.

I would just spend the extra $20 and get a Quattro Plus 2-3 lipo charger.

Consider this also. It has been out a long time and I hear it works good. The tutorial is a nice one.

It works great and is one the LHS use in the store. And for only $50 it is a great value considering you can use it on a car battery or plug it into a wall outlet.

Why would you want to charge at a faster rate?

I also use the the Multiplex LN5014 charger which is $80 and then you need a power supply.

Both charges take the same amount of time to charge a 2s 2100mah lipo.

I'm interested in going lipo too, and you're better off to just get an all in one unit like hwshadows mentioned. When you add up the adapter, equalizer, and anything else you may need it'll be the price of a cheap lipo charging unit anyway.

If you can charge at a faster rate you can spend less time charging. I wouldnt want to be limited to 3 amps if I had a 6000+ mah pack.

if you have a 4000 mah battery u can charge at abouyt 1.1c, do 4.1amps, less down time, thats why u wanna charge faster
