Which burshless ESC and motor to get?
We run a 19 turn brushed stadium truck class at our local track. The club has been allowing an equivalent brushless motor to run in the class also. I’ve been running a brushed motor and it seems like the brushless motor have a slight advantage over those of us who run brushed.
I’m thinking about stepping up to a brushless system and wanted to get some input on what to get. I like the Mamba Max ESC but they don’t really have a motor that is equivalent to a 19 turn brushed motor. One of the faster racers in the area uses an LRP Sphere Competition LRP80700 ESC and a Novak SS 10.5 motor. So that I can get more confused on what to get I would like to hear more on what to get.

novak 10.5 setup really smooth and your best bet for racing
i would have to agree with takedown on the vxl esc your best bang for the buck.
