Default Lipo and gearing question in VXL

I am thinking I may stick with a 2s lipo and just keep it at the 25/83 gearing point (potentially 28/83). I don't need these 70mph top speeds and 40 is plenty for me. Will it make my truck overheat or have issues running that 'low' of gearing with a lipo pack? Or would it just give me a better run time and more torque than the higher gearing options?

Oh, and it's a rustler.

better run times.... if your not worried about speed. run a 20 tooth pinion for even more acceleration, and less heat
