Default Seperate reciever pack?

do electrics need a sepereate reciever pack, or can they use the juice from the battery pack?

All the power it uses comes directly from the battery pack. No reciever battery needed

sweet, i saw this 1/12th with a super tiny lipo in it, which made me wonder.
