You are always safer off charging at a slower rate than you are at 1C or higher. So don't worry about the lipo with that charger.

Though I would be concerned about running your Stampede with the 3300 mah lipo. How many discharge amps is the lipo rated for or what is its C rating? Anything below 60 amps and you're looking for trouble. And if it's a brushless system, you really want a lipo capable of 80 amps constant discharge or it will get hot and ruin quicker.

max discharge is 49.9. i was told this was the best all around lipo for 1/10 electric.should i go with a higher mah rating???? and what trouble do you mean , will it burst into flames in the middle of the night???

Lipo batteries do not like being abused and over discharging them is one of them. That doesn't mean it will burst into flames, just means it won't last as long and there is a chance it could puff up. Sounds like it is 15C 3300mah 2S

Hah you give up that easy? Have fun tuning engines everyday and replacing the engine every couple of years... oh and just you wait for the oil prices to catch up with the Nitro fuel cost.

Look, all you have to do is get a higher mah or higher C rating lipo. Like I said, you want something that is capable of 60-80 amps continuous if you are running a hot brushed or mild brushless setup (80+ amps for faster brushless setups like Mamba 5700+ or Novak GTB 6.5 or faster).

It is very easy to figure out the discharge amps.... take the mah of the battery in this case 3300 and then / 1000 = 3.3 amps then you times it by the C rating, lets say 20C.... so that is 3.3 x 20 = 66 amps. If you want a lipo capable of more, you get either a higher C rating or higher mah rating. Remember, you want that to be the CONSTANT (or continuous) rated discharge, so that the battery will not be pushing its limits every time you jerk the throttle.

SLO-V thanks for all your help. i am running the stock titan but the truck is ready for a good brushless system. i will then upgrade the battery to a 3s lipo.
