RE: evader ext
I just bought a rustler for my 7 year old niece for Christmas.....honestly, if I saw the new Evader, I would have bought that instead. The price is really good, and from what they say the parts aren't easily breakable....but only time will tell on that one.

RE: evader ext
Its the best bang for your buck by far. Bought one about a month back and tried it once with a brushless setup and its crazy fast and easy to handle. I had to wrap it up though after that because its my dads present from me and my bro...[8D]

I've been hearing good things from my LHS about the new truck. The old Evaders where a little fragile if you used them to bash and absolutly would not stand up to brushless for very long but I've heard that duratrax has fixed alot of the issues. Look at it this way for $99 it's a steal even if you do need to put a few dollars in it down the road. I just wish Duratrax would make steel gears for these thing. If they did i'd buy on in a minute.
