MAD TRUCK
We just bought one of these Mad Trucks (1/10) and in the first few minutes we spun a servo, it flipped over and scratched the top of the body...........ok, we replace the servo with one out of my Proboat...........run it again and the steering locked up to the left and it spun out and hit a frozen chunk of snow....broke the left rear A-arms.....great, so in 2 runs we have nothing to show for......not really into trying to fix it but we paid $130 for it, and the parts are roughly $11 for the A-arms, $14 for the shock support and if the servo is cooked another $13.......we would rather it go to someone with one for repair or parts, we plan to keep the radio, receiver and pack.......so if anyone has one, let me know........Thanks!

RE: MAD TRUCK
I think Mr. Garbage Can wants your truck.
Seriously though, I'm sorry to hear your misfortune with one of the many junky cars coming direct from China. Some people claim they're the best thing to happen to the RC market, while many others have noting but problems with them. All and all they seem like kind of a gamble as to how good of a car you're going to get.

Yeah, we are moving onto the WK with hopes that slower will be safer.......plus it's more fun to break stuff with torque than speed!!!

Hey, this truck looks really interesting, could you post some more images of the Truck??
I always though it looked like a LST (a bit smaller), but I can't say that I could bring myself to make the purchase!

RE: MAD TRUCK
were you running it in the snow? plastic parts.. especially junky quality ones like those on that truck become more brittle and prone to breakage when you run them in the cold..

I have seen the chassis before but I cant tell where....
Looks like they have just shoved monster truck tyres on an onroad chassis ??
I know its made by Henlong but cant remember where I have seen the original Chassis it is cloned off...

RE: MAD TRUCK
In MT's defense, he obviously searched for existing discussions of the truck he has, and rather than start a new thread, simply added on to this one. You should commend him for searching first
It's better to gravedig a 2-year-old thread than start a whole new one to ask a question about some cheap obscure knockoff.
