You need to change them from tamiya to deans or traxxas. Tamiya connectors will melt.

well.. you wont want to use tamiya connectors... i reccomend deans plugs.. one female for your battery pack and one male for the ESC. O and also a male one for a convertor for your charger... good luck

I don't see the problem with it. You learn, and help others. Plus, you get to talk about R/C. Better then online gaming.

R/C is a great hobby. You can enjoy cars with out risking your life or spending so much on real cars. They are also easier, and you can't get in trouble for them. Atleast not with electric.

It gets you outside, too. I love it!

Dude, spending money on real cars is SOOOO much more fulfilling. Its just expensive as hell. I spent $2500 on my current car before I called it quits. And now I'm about to blow $16,000 on a new one, haha. I mainly love rc cause I like to tinker with things and see how they work. Also its like a smaller, less expensive version of real cars.

I want either a Subaru Sti, or the Evo.

A Toyota pickup sounds good, too. If not that, a Ford or Chevy. I think a pickup would be a great first car.

Both nice cars. Actually my runner up choice (if i can't find an s2k I like) is the WRX. Can't quite afford an STi.

Either way, I think the wrx and sti are sweet. My brother has the wrx right now so I have to one up him.

Most likely I will get a pickup. That way I can tow stuff, hold stuff, and it will give me a safe ride.

A pickup would be durable, just like my R/C's. Watch out for me! J/k...

Not positive, he has had it for a while now. It's not the newer model. It's not the really old model either. He has had it about 3-4 years, I know he bought it new.

Sorry not too sure.
