I bought mine on Evilbay. Same p/n fit my E-Firestorm no problem. But the Integy part referenced above is available according to their website. Added it to a dummy order no problem. I suggest you try a evilbay vendor that ships internationally.

Fizzys,go here http://www.ebay.com/itm/HPI-Blitz-E-...ries&hash=item
I deal with this vendor on a regular basis and have been screwed ever and ships everywhere. This is the same part I have on my E-Firestorm. Hope this helps.

Do I buy it from ebay or from their own website? It seems to me that it fits the E-Firestorm, but I have to be 100% sure before I buy it. Are you sure it ships to Europe as well?

jimmiejump, could you take a picture of the rear upper brace that you have and upload it here please? since you said that it fits your firestorm.

edit: I ordered it from amazon since it didnt say on ebay wether or not it was in stock. According to amazon there was only 1 left in stock. http://www.amazon.com/ST-Racing-Alum...651678&sr=1-64 Ironic how it says it's in stock atm when it should say it's out of stock considering I purchased the last one but oh well. A little bit chocked that the shipping costs are more than twice the cost of the actual item, but I guess that's the downside of ordering from another continent. Should arrive in about 3 weeks more or less

Thanks! I guess it does fit.

btw what kind of tires are those on the front? also do you have special tires (both in front and rear) for offroad/onroad bashing or are you just racing? I've been looking for some good offroad tires that grip well on grass yet don't wear out fast on asphalt.

The tires that are on the front are Pro-Line Road Rage. If you plan on buying street tires, stay away from pro-line speed hawgs, worst tire ever, no grip on pavement. I have the pro-line gladiators for my rear, pretty good on grass and dirt, but show ware from pavement (I do lots of peddle to the floor). Typically I run my ribbed tires on the front. Also have set of Pro-line dirt hawgs, pretty satisfied with those too, good for dirt and pavement, not so good for grass. This is just my experience.

Those are Pro-Line Road Rage tires. Good for pavement. Remember tires are allows a compromise if not used specifically for the surface intended. I've had good luck using these for multiple surfaces. http://prolineracing.com/all-terrain...n-truck-tires/

Do you guys know any store that sells tires that are already glued on etc ready to use once you get them? I've never glued any tires so I'd prefer to buy a pair of RTR tires. Those dirt hawgs look pretty nice btw, although atm I'm leaning more to getting a pair of Yokohama geolandars

I believe you will only find RTR tires that are glued on, other then Pro-Line, but not in the 2.2 series. The Yokohama geolandars are next on my shopping list for tires for my E-Firestorm, I heard good reviews, but then that's just someone else's opinion, best is to try for yourself. You should be able to find lots of RTR wheels on Ebay, just look up all the various stadium trucks, just keep in mind that the firestorm has 12mm hex.

What about the badlands http://prolineracing.com/tires/badla...n-truck-tires/
They seem to work well both on grass and snow. I don't know if they wear out fast on asphalt though.
If proline don't sell RTR tires, then who does? Do they sell the exact same concepts or they sell their own brand of tires?

Proline sells their own brand of tires and wheels. Proline, Jconcepts, etc. Are aftermark companies. If you are looking for RTR wheels and tires, you have to go back rc car/truck manufactures like duratrax, hpi, thunder tiger, team associated, losi, etc. Badlands would ok on pavement, but by far from the best. If you throttle mash on any set of tires they are all bound to wear out.

im using the slash 4x4 in the from obviously mine are at least length, but i tested them it gives it a good ride height when adjusted, i would think the rears would be pretty close.

completely agree with you on throttle mashing.

i been building a high speed firestorm and for me i found the anacondas from traxxas are good for normal power runs, im also a big fan of the proline on roads i have on the front the did hold up well to abuse ( never mount high speed tires on chrome rims, the chrome rips off with the tire) although the stock block/nub tires hold up very well, someone needs to design a belted 1/10 truck tire. i would recommend getting the anacondas or road hawgs II 2.2 or speed hawgs 2.2 from proline

just finished uploading not too long ago, a run in my efirestorm with a pro4HD 550 can on damp road

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A1BVxxtqj0U

has enough power to destroy traxxas anaconda tires shreds them out of the box before wear and tear

here are a few pics to go with it

Hello all, i am new to this forum but not to the hobby. i have a question about my firestorm. I have the E Firestorm Flux and i want to upgrade the suspension. The aluminum body suspension sets fro HPI are pretty pricey so im looking for a cheaper alternative. I want aluminum body threaded shocks. i found these, http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...rber_2pc_.html, http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...dProduct=22500 I was wondering if they would work on my car. if not what other shocks would anyone suggest? im also open to any Suggestions to good upgrades for the firestorm. ive already gotten some RPM parts and some STRC aluminum parts, but anything else for better performance? Thank you. Its nice to see a thread this successful and going this long for these cars. I love my HPI.

HK is hit and miss but for $4 give them a try. Report your findings.

i would say get proline powerstrokes, well worth the money, they are durable, mine on the front have hit curbs at ~100kmh and they didnt get damaged, my video shows it working
