Default new guy with a volcano sv.

Ive been reading this forum for about a week now and all of you seem cool. I went to my local hobby shop ant those guys right away started bad mouthin my truck. I know its an entry level car but dang you dont have to be a hobby shop nazi...NO FUN FOR YOU!!!!... Anyway I just got this truck and I started it up (after setting the carb exactly the way it said in the manual) and the thing took off full throttle and hit the wall and spun the differential gear. I havent even drove the thing. now I need to find a good place to order parts with fast shipping.. Can anyone help.? also any ideas why it took off like that. Im not an idiot just new to this. thanks

Was your radio on. That sucks about your LHS acting like that. I used to have deal with this one jerk at my LHS but he is gone now.

A throttle return spring will help.

If you ask in the redcat racing support forum they'd be glad to help you out and, have you already broke it in just wondering?
