So I just picked up the Slash 4WD and I am loving this truck. With stock everything it is quick. I have the brushless and I am using the standard battery. I did learn a lesson though, don't let your wife drive it, mine flipped it in the street and gave the first roadrash to the body.

So beside painting one myself where can I get a Toyota Tundra body for this painted? I really want one but the only one I found prepainted was on eBAY for $100. Anyone help me out here?
There aren't too many pre-painted bodies out there besides the stock ones from Traxxas and then there's the custom ones on ebay that go for big bucks. Looks like your gonna have to paint your own!

Ya I was thinking the same thing, I just suck at painting and dont want to wate money painting a crappy body. Then again the only way to learn is to do it myself

Just do a 1 color to start .loadup some stickers your done.......or try a simple 2 color it's real easy just clean, dry.cut, tape, paint or paint then cut.besides if you bash like me don't matter how it looks it isn't going to last long.
Make sure it's the right paint anything other then lexan paint will peel on the first bump

I should be trading my DF03Ra or F103 for a 2WD slash brushless RTR next week. I have a DRX roller on the way too, so I'm going to try the electronics in it and see which one I like more - hopefully i'll have both running sometime :P
