Default What Next???

I've just about finished building my Durga, (only painting left) and i'm wondering what to go for next? I would like a kit, but something different to the Durga (ie. truggy, truck, on road, etc.) Any suggestions??

First you need to figure out what you want next since all those things you mentioned are all over the place.

Why do you say that?

There are plenty of people with multiple builds going on at the same time.

Hey dudes, sorry if my post read the wrong way.

I had so much fun building the Durga, I'm just wondering what would be a good kit to build next? There is night time when i can't be driving the Durga.

Can you explain how it's greedy wanting to build another car?? Isn't the hobby about FUN?? I had FUN building the Durga (my first build!!!), now i would like to build another different car. I'll make sure it's a painful, boring build, if that's what's necessary.

I also don't understand the greedy idea that is being thrown around. It's his money and he can spend it any way he likes. It's not as if there is a low supply of RC cars on the market or anything. Relax.

padams10001, let's just ignore savtraxx because he/she is making no sense at all...

What exactly are you looking for in your next build? Another off-road one, fast on-road racer, something to drive around the house, a challenging build...

That is what I was trying to get at before the thread was hijacked with nonsense.

For myself, I have a TXT-1 for light bashing (park, parking lot, light dirt & gravel), TLT-1 for small bashing & driving around the house, F-150 Stadium Truck (2 motors - 19t for outdoor parking lot & light dirt & stock silvercan w/ smallest pinion for driving around the house) - all 3 Tamiya and a Savage 4.6 SS that is going to be converted to electric.

I am also in the process of building a Tamiya Knight Hauler semi and my future plans are a tb-02 drifter/road car (change tires, motor & body), F-350, VW Beetle - once again all Tamiya, AE RC18T, motorcycle, a boat...

Thanks Longhair. The thing is, I don't really know what to go for next, hence the original post. I suppose, i will have the Durga to go fast and handle well with, but maybe i would like a true basher, ie. tough, handles big jumps, as my next project.

I',m sorry if i offended any others here who think i'm a rich boy or something (i'm a 28 year old professional engineer by the way). The thing is, when i get in too something, i dive in headfirst.

Question is, are you enjoying the hobby? That is what this is all about, first it is a hobby and second it should be enjoyed and it sounds as though you are off to a good start. Just don't get burnt out and loose interest.
