Koyosho Sandmaster ST-2: What should I do with the remains
I have "whats left" of an old Koyosho Sandmaster ST-2 Nitro truck thats been beat to smithereens. The only useful parts left are the radio and servo's. I've been looking for an inexpensive vehicle to use these parts on, but every good truck I see today already comes with the radio and servo's included. Is there any type of off-road vehicle out there I can buy new that comes without the servo's and radio!

RE: Koyosho Sandmaster ST-2: What should I do with the remains
I have one of those too. Broke my spur gear and now I can't figure out what to do with it. I was thinking about doing an electric conversion.
About you question about a vehicle without radio equipment, you might think about doing a kit vehicle. Owning a sandmaster, I know you've wrenched on it at least as much as I have, so building a kit vehicle isn't that much harder. I was just at my LHS and was looking at an HPI MT2 SS+ kit. That, or you could just keep the stuff you have as extras. Never hurts to keep a spare!
