The Brama is a cheap RTR 4wd buggy with no purpose of racing. HPI has 2 companies (forgot what you call it), HPI, and Hot Bodies, you know it wasnt made for racing when it says HPI. Hot Bodies are for racing. The B4 is by far better as it was actually built off a race platform.

You will have better handling wiht the B4 than the Brama. if you want to get a 4wd a better one would be the Tamiya Dark Impact/Keen Hawk but then you need radio/esc/mtor, etc. to be competative.

The stock setup on the B4 out of the box is alright, but I am starting to change mine to the cavileiri trackside setup and its a lot better. either way the B4 handles very good.

How is the dark impact out? It's simple to find esc, motor and battery somewher for 100 bucks...This is the route I'd go, df03 is far superior to that hpi buggy, and I say that owning a 5b and a wheely king both...but I think the brama is sort of gay...it has a 35 turn motor? haha what is that

Offtopic to this thread but on-topic to this title, has anyone seen the new [link=http://hb-buggy.jugem.jp/?eid=154]Hot Bodies Cyber 10B[/link]? HB is racing, HPI is bashing.

Nitro is generally 1/8, while electric is generaly 1/10. Electric 1/8 is grwing, and 1/1- gas trucks are dying rapidly.
