For bashing and some racing, get an e firestorm. It's already got the metal tranny (bomb proof ) and bearings and is pretty much brushless ready. Tough as nails.

For purely racing, and maybe some light bashing, get a t4. If you like kits, get a team or factory team kit. If not, just buy the rtr and drop in the brushless system. Although the transmission isn't metal, it has held up nicely with a mamba max 6900 on 6 cells!

Go to the hobby shop closest to your house and see what they carry. All of the top brands like Associated, HPI, Losi, and Traxxas are going to work for you if you practice and tune them. It's really nice to be able to drive down the street to get what you need.

yeah i'd say losi hpi or AE for a good quality truck, tho evaders got a bad rep, but IME the pro is pretty sweet i love mine, check ebay for um, but out of the first 3 i was gunna sell my pro for a firestorm, but it just wasn't worth it, so i dumped another $50 into it, and i'd say its almost on par with a 'stormn...

My track is not running as many classes for ST[] I am thinking about getting a buggy now, and even though I love my XXX-T, I might switch to the B44.
