slash + mamba esc +stock 550 motor + 3 cell lipo = wow
i always know that the mamba max esc could run brushed motors so i tried it with the stock motor and a 3 cell lipo . the truck seems to be as fast as the 5700 motor a been using in it. don't know how long the motor will last so i have been cleaning it after each run hoping to make it last

Why did you switch from a brushless motor to a brushed motor? The mamba motor is far easier to maintain and its more efficent.

Cause the traxxas motors suck 
, might as well watch it go in smoke than just take it out of the truck and never use it. When it blows e mail traxxas and they will send you a new one anyway
