Default Servo not reaching full travel?

I had a rustler VXL and I converted it into a Slash. I have a JR servo. When I put the servo into the slash, it will not turn the tires as far as they can go. When I turn it off I can move the servo arm farther in both directions. This did not happen before. Any ideas?

You have to adjust the EPA.  Which is End Point that allows you to adjust the travel of the servo. I don't think the standard TQ radio has that feature.

First of all, when on the servo doesn't travel as much as you can turn it when off. I'm pretty sure with hitec's new Tinanium gear lineup you can get a programmer that you can set it to full 90 degrees but that JR servo is fine, just adjust EPA. If your radio doesnt have one, expect to upgrade.

If you are willing to tinker, look inside your transmitter, there may be an epa adjusting pot in there. If you can have it apart while its on, you can test it as you adjust it. Or you could try modifying the steering linkages to get more throw.
