sweet. then tamiya sounds good but you know the one thing i hate is i cant find one dang upgrade for them. it seems rare to come by.
Depends on the chassis. The tundra does not NEED any upgrades. If you do a search online you'll find tons of upgrades. Canada has a crappy Tamiya wholesaler so I can never find local parts because they are twice as much as from the US or HK, even with shipping. So I buy most of my parts and upgrades from RCMart.

The F150 is a mix between the TA-01 and TA-02, as such the hop ups for either of those chassis may work depending on the particular part. As for the F350 and Tundra, it is the same chassis, the only difference is the body.

Check out this thread on the tundra/f350.

I would not really consider it a basher per se, it's just too pretty to send rolling around in the dirt.

i wouldn't jump the f150 too hard, it's based on a touring car.

seriously look into a df03 (dark impact, keen hawk) or a db01 (durga, baldre). they can jump with the best of them and are tough as nails.
even the older df02 (plasma edge, gravel hound) are great cars and can jump really well, plus the df02's are like $120.00 now.

they don't go fast enough to bash, in my opinion. they are more of a scale crawler type of vehicle.

The TUNDRA/350 is a scale crawler i expect it can bash around but cos its scale the slower speed suits it more.

If you have that spare vxl try one of the tamiya 4wd buggys dark impact is a nice bit of kit plenty of hopups etc

I know some people will laugh at this idea, but the Mad Bull comes to my mind. You can still get the kit for $90 right from Tamiya's site. It's an odd sort of buggy, but still looks like fun. The body looks real nice in any other color and without all the decals.

haha no. ill just put some bigger tires on it and it would be a satidum truck. i mean the traxxas bandit and rustler have different bodies and tires and thats it. so a little bigger tires and it will be just fine=)
