why does my car slow down?
I have a rc tamiya grasshopper. i gave it a 15t hpi 540 motor and a 15t tazer speed controller. i currently have a 7.2v nicd battery the whole setup runs great except ill run it for a few seconds then it will slow down but if i stop running it for a few seconds it runs fine again any clue whats wrong?

I agree, sounds like a battery problem. If the nicad was bought at the same time as the grasshopper then I'd say it's time for a new pack.

well the esc has Thermal overload protection but no cutoff so im gona do what these guys recomended and try a new battery lets see what happens xD
