Default is a sidewinder 5700 too much for the pede'?

ok, i found a good deal on a 5700 sidewinder (30$$cheaper than 4600) andw as wondering, would it be a bad decision? im going to be running an 8 cell ener-g pack, and am not sure about proper gearing. any ideas. or should i just go for the 4600?

no its not a bad idea i got a mamba max 5700 in my pede. it runs hot but i think they all do. i got like 16t pinion an 90t spur.

an also your going to want to loosen the slipper or its going to be a wheelie machine.
