Default Vented Brushless Motors

It seems like most sensored-based brushless motors being released are all vented. I know this aids in cooling the motor, but for off-road purposes wouldn't there be an excess of dirt and dust getting inside the motor???

Put one of those foam booties on the motor. Some brushed motors come with a foam dust cover and rubber band. Maybe try the same with your BL
