Default Quaker State E-Firestorm Flux

This is my old HPI E-Firestorm Flux and I just started using it again and figured it could use an updated body. This is the brushless version and on a 2s lipo it cooks and with a 3s lipo it's insaine!

Fresh from the paint booth!

Thanks for viewing

Very nice, simple yet eye catching. I am looking to paint a body for mine, I wont copy you but I like where you went with it.

Thanks, I like to keep my paint jobs simple. It's funny I had no idea what color or scheme to go with and while I was browsing Tower Hobbies for Decals I found the Quaker State decal sheet for $2.50 and figured that would work. I tried to match the paint to the Quaker State colors and it just worked out. It wont stay pretty for long

Very nice. Reminds me of a chicken wing place in Latrobe, PA. It was a theme place after Quaker state lube. Looked like a old time gas station and all they did was chicken wings and beer. They had that logo plastered on everything.

That is a quality paint job! I too like the simple yet effective designs. The more complicated you make it, the higher the odds of screwing something up!
