Default Traxxas shock id'ing

Alright, well i bought a set of shocks for my nitro buggy a while ago, just got random traxxas shocks. they came looking like this in this package:

im hoping someone can tell me if this is the only ones packaged like this? there are different lengths and i need to know.

If someone can give me a clue as how to tell?

reason being, i bought a slash, the buggy is on the shelf, and i just figured out these shocks are common upgrade.

All i have of the package is the black foam they came in.

i think they are # tra2662 , hoping to confirm that.

those are the big bores for either the xl5 or vxl rustler. the only thing is that the front and rear are different lengths so you need to size them up and see which ones they match with. the longer ones are the rears and shorter in the front

what is the part number on your shocks packaging, that can answer everything

heres the big bore liineup:
Part #2660 Aluminum Big Bore Shocks (Long, front (2))
Part #2662 Aluminum Big Bore Shocks (XX-Long rear (2))

and the not-so-common pro series:
Part #4760 Aluminum Shocks (long, front (2))
Part #4761 Aluminum Shocks (X-long, rear (2))
