First, I did say in my original post that the op should get an education on the technology he is attempting to use. Second, Brushless motors are operated by the use of DC, NOT AC electricity. Last time I checked, batteries delivered DC current, not AC current. My esc's do send pulses of DC current to my motors. Don't know if you are using something different, but if you are maybe you could share it with us? And Third, the gas that causes the "puffing" of LIPO batteries is hydrogen, quite flammable, and if the puffing gets severe enough, it can cause the foil wrapper to break open, and then you have an explosion/ fire hazard, almost certainly to happen. Didn't mean to upset anyone, Just wanted to let the op know how very important it is to get an education before proceeding. Oh, by the way, we had a noobie plug a nicad into his cigarette lighter last week, and burn up his plane. Said he saw someone do it, didn't know that the other person had a charger in between the plug and the battery...<div> </div>
