sc8 esc

Just wondering if anyone happens to know what motors this esc can handle on a 3s lipo pack i have a 2700kv on it now. I just want to go a little faster

any motor rated 120A and lower should be fine

Your gearing would be the issue with a higher KV motor.

If i kept it low like i have now 13/52 that would be ok wouldnt it?
It doesnt matter if its 2 or 4 pole?

Iv bin running an wp sc8 in a emaxx with a hw 2700kv motor on 2 turning 2s 5200mah so 4s on stock gearing and its bin fine.just thought I'd put that out there, sorry its a bit late.

A 4-pole motor is going to have more torque than a 2-pole, that's all. So a 4-pole motor with a higher KV would be the best of both worlds, kinda.
Get a IR temp gun to monitor your motor and ESC temps for proper gearing.

Depending on your ESC's switching limit, KV can be too high for reasons other than temps. However, a 2700KV on 3S is well within what the WP-SC8 can do. I currently use mine on 3S with a 2800KV.
