Have those nice aluminum cantilever for awhile! Finally, get to use them!!

I put a shim / washer when mount those cantilever so there's no play.. those kingpin are secured via nylon locknut, so they won't back out.. with the washer, you can tighten it until there's no play.. but not overtighten it as it would bind the canti...

Pretty thoughtful by Tamiya here..

Put an aluminum plate between the transmission mount and the chassis, just a little bit extra strength for the plastic case there... and distribute the force from the chassis plates more evenly..

The bracket is beefy too.. they are mounted to the chassis.. then the skid is mounted to those brackets.. nice!!

RE: Lunchboxer's TXT-1 project...

The skid will go on at the end after all the links are mounted..

I need to decide if I want to extend the rear right away by doing new links (as the REVO shaft is longer..), or cut the REVO shaft (pretty easy to do.. as it is telescoping), or run stock shafts and then when I get the new links, then put the REVO shaft in.. hmm..

Anyway, this is it for tonight..

Didn't touch the NSX body at all.. argh!! [:@]

Also didn't clean the place.. I need to start now.. wa! :(
