ESC problem.

i have a stock team associated T4.1 Brushed system in an old car i had kicking around. Never used the stock esc, brushed motor or radio befor. so i installed it in the old car. It works fine for a few seconds (about 15 or so) and then it kicks into like a lipo cut off mode or something. it steers fine but no throttle. the LED flashes orange. is this a LiPo cut off? and if so can i turn it off? I'm running a 3600 NiMH for a battery

stock out of a T4.1. XP SC2000 w/LiPo cut off. i just noticed that it said LiPo cut off. so i guess my question is how do i turn off the LiPo cut off?

i figured it out. Press the set button twice while the ESC is on. The green light will flash 5 times. LiPo is now off. thanks guys. (It helps when you read the manual)
