Well ive just bought my 27 th car lol its a 3 speed elec 1/8 schumacher car i love 1/8 s ive just got the mamba max as well so ive got all to get this car running ill be trying to get the 1/8 elec car record

Why the hell are you doing that? Of course the tires are ballooning, full throttle usually does that. Not good... stock abec 3 wheel bearings and touring car tires generally aren't rated for 25'000 rpm.
