wheel spacers for tc4???
so i am doing a little project with my tc4 but i need to extend my wheels out just a bit to get it just right. when i used to race my revo i had hex adapters that extended the wheels further from the control arms and was wondering if any were in production for the associated tc4. if i can find some i will post up a few pics of the project as soon as i complete it!!

Yes, HPI would be your favorite department. They have +0, +3, and +6mm offset wheels that are also popular with the drift scene.

The problem with using offset adapters, is that the axle will not reach though to the nut. Already, you have JUST enough threads for a standard adapters, any more and you may not be able to get the nut on completely. 3-racing does make some adapters.

d17a1racer01 - pleaese never post off-road here. It's a total slap in the face. Don't care if you converted/ perverted a TC4 for off-road.
There is another forum thread where you can post that useless garbage, please for the love of RC post it elsewhere.

Last time I checked, the TC4 is an on road car. And this is an on road forum! How is he supposed to get help with his on road car in an off road forum?
If you seriously get so butthurt over someone putting buggy wheels on a touring car, you are taking this hobby too seriously and should probably step away from the internet for a while. So are rally cars not allowed now?
Damn Tamiya fanboys... taking things too seriously.

RE: wheel spacers for tc4???
wow such doucheness over me posting! thats great!! btw i also use this car as an onroad and drift car but i was asking my Q's here because not a lot of offroad guys do the onroad thing. im more doing this out of fun but if you feel like me asking questions about an onroad car on an onroad forum are out of line then i guess you are just a douchewhistle. if your comments arent helpful in any way then i guess you need not post your opinion and leave the space for someone who has helpful input.

I apologize.
Here's a clue - remind me to never mix alcohol and the internet. I'm a good guy in nature. I deserve the hate here and I am sorry.

RE: wheel spacers for tc4???
So, back to the subject. Did you find what you're looking for? IIRCI posted the 1st suggestion. HPI rocks in my book for asphalt tires, wheels, and their inserts are not too shabby neither.
Slap me if I ever drink again. I am sorry. I saw the off-road tires (I am a hypocryte; I was born off-road 1st) and I wanted to puke at the time.
If you want rally tires, I think I saw some Tamiya and HPI 26mm rally blocks that would wear down a couple years better than those pin spikes. That is if you're running em on the hot pavement.
It takes a true man to say he is wrong, and even further so, to say that he is sorry (girly feelings are queer in my mind). MODS - look up queer in the merimam-webster dictionary. It describes it as a weird feeling, an uncomfortable and strange feeling unacomstomed to ones self.
