Default Steering went out (sprint 2 flux)

Hey guys, recently i was ripping around and smashed parallel into a curb and grinded some gears in the servo box. Right after the crash the steering continued to work for a few seconds then completely stopped. Like i said the the gears in the servo box were messed up but wouldn't the motors still spin or at least make some sort of noise? when i turn the wheel nothing happens so i'm thinking it might be more than just the servo, any idea's?

thanks!

Connect the steering servo to the throttle in your receiver and give that a try.
