Default LaGrange L1 - Electric skateboards with standard RC parts

Hey everyone! I thought you might be interested inour latest project:

http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/...rd-w-the-lagra

The LaGrange L1 uses standard hobby parts such as an outrunner motor and a Castle Creations ESC. It is completely programmable and is offered as a kit or RTR.

belt drive IMO is not a good idea. Dunno about sidewalks where you guys are but near here there are small pebbles on the sidewalk, and they EAT belts alive. Chain drive probably would be a better option.
Other than that its a pretty interesting design

Cool designs you got there RedRockBoardshop, they're awesome! [] Anyway, in my friend's place, the use of electric skateboard has been very beneficial to them especially that car is not always the most ideal mode of transport in the place. A lot of people live in cramped urban settings where other pursuits are more effective, such as a bicycle, by foot or maybe a skateboard. Some are quite fast, in fact, as an electric skateboard beat a Corvette in a competition, given though that the competition was only 75 feet long. You can check out this article here to read more: Finance car with bad credit.

I’m happy to announce that through self-funding and generous terms from our suppliers we have been able to produce our first large batch of LaGrange L1 DIY kits. They are for sale now through eBay and Amazon and they are looking great! (see the links on our website). Also, check out our new website which has lots of resources and tips for building an electric skateboard using the LaGrange L1 truck. Please spread the word by telling a friend and feel free to contact me personally if you have any questions or if you are interested in being one of our board building partners.

Thanks for your support!
