Default HPI TF-20U and RF-20 Binding

I somehow managed to reset my receiver and have to bind my receiver and transmitter, however i have no idea how to do that because the transmitter doesnt have a bind/setup button.. So if anybody with experience could help would be greatly appreciated.

I use a body clip where on the receiver says bind. Place and hold onto the left and right metals that come out, turn on remote holding bind button then on the receiver.

If you can't get it or I didn't make myself clear reply to this and I will help you out.
