pleasehelp

Hi guys
As u can see i am a new member on this forum
I need help with my tc4 build (it is my first build i have only owned rtr's)
So i need dis car to do 40mph to 50mph
now before anyone suggests get a belt driven or get lipo to do the job then i cant
reasons: belt: i cant use them as i dont like them and i dont like replacing the belts
lipo: They are banned and even if i get them they will burn on their own as the temps in my country are 40-45 degree celsius
Preferred battery : nimh

Ok so now please suggest me a good motor and esc combo that runs on nimh
And also dont forget to list a charger that can charge nimh
Also will i need a aerodynamic body??
