I hate to wait for parts, especially from Rcmart.[:@]

Takedown here is what I think the whole thing boils down to. We buy and run RC to have fun, if you buy the Xpress and have fun with it thats cool, but if you break something then the fun has to stop while you wait two weeks for parts. Why would you put your fun leisure time pursuit on hold? I try to spend time running my cars not waiting on parts. Just my thoughs on the subject.

Waiting for parts doesnt really bother me as long as they do have them. I waited for a full month for my Feigao 8xl to come from unitedhobbies and that really didnt bother me. All I can say is I'll give it a shot. If it sucks Ill look for something different.

Hey, that is much better. You can never go wrong with a TC4. If you want even better get the TC5. Also if you go to stormer hobbies they have the Xray T2r for only 199.95 and that is a great deal.

The T2R is sold out, nobody I can find has one in stock. Including Stormer.

Here is why:

I just picked up a almost new one.

The ad says that it is a TC4 Team Kit. That is one step up over the RTR. That makes it even a better deal.

Good luck trying to find one. New T2Rs are damn near impossible, and the folks who have them don't seem to be selling them too much. Check this:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Xray-T2R-Car-kit...QQcmdZViewItem

THE only one on ebay.

I haven't been able to find a retailer that has one in stock.

BTW......

the XPRESS car is a MINI chassis. if you get it, regular touring wheels and bodies wont fit. there aren't many companies out there that make MINI chassis's except tamiya, xpress, and ABC hobby.

try the TA05 from tamiya, if you want a cheap stock car that has TONS of upgradable parts. get the tamiya TA05
