duel motor tamiya mini
IS it possable to combine a M03 and M04 to make a duel motor 4wd mini I already have a M03 and if its possable I will pick up a M04

Why not just buy an ABC genetic mini? They are already 4wd. Check out www.rc-mini.net

There are two such cars that I know of like that.
One called "project twinkie" by someone on another forum(on road).
Or "the Goblin" by a Japanese guy by the name of Grahoo(I think) which is off road.
