Default Upgrading motor

I believe i have a 540 motor came standard with the tl-01 kit just wondering wat upgrade motors i can get for it thanking anyone who can help

What is needed if i change motors will i need to change the plastic bearings to ball or ceramic bearings or it wont matter???

it's always recomended to use bearing in any application. less resistance= faster car
