my lipo charger keeps saying low voltage it wont charge any help

You've discharged the battery lower than recommended. If the battery is puffed I'd suggest disposing of it. That said, you can sometimes bring it back by charging at a low amp rate in nimh mode to get the battery over the minimum 3.2v then switch over the lipo mode to charge the rest of the way. If you're going to try this make sure that you've got the battery in a lipo bag or some other flame proof container.
