Yes the length matters. Go to www.hpiracing.com and they have bodies on there that would fit the E-10.

there are three kinds of body for 1:10scale on-road cars 180mm, 190mm, 200mm that is the width, most 1:10 bodies are compatible.

Actually the 190mm is the body used on electric 1/10 TC's, the 200mm is used on the nitro 1/10 TC's.

Any body that is 190mm will fit the E-10. HPI, Proline and Parma all make 190mm bodies.

It is not expensive to replace brushes.. but can get pricey if you have to do it frequently. The reason to replace them is as they wear it reduces their efficiency. With the price of an entry level brushless system running from 80 to 120 bucks it seems to be more economical to persue that route.

Do you mean 4600 07 5700? Castle doesn't offer a 4700 motor. I am sure whatever motor you choose would be fine for drifting.

either the 4600 or 5700 will work for drifting. I personally like using the 200mm bodies as I put the fake disk brakes and they put an offset of about 5mm on each side which means the 200mm works great.
