RE: fwd car wanted
I have a Tamiya FF01 which seems quite good, but I hear the best FWD car is some Yokomo but it seems the FF01 is the next best thing. FF02 is cheaper and easier to find but not as good
Here is my FF01:

RE: fwd car wanted
i found the M-03 too small, i guess i didnt expect it to be that much smaller than regular 1/10's, not to mention the smaller wheels..
just my experience though, check out my FF-01 thread..

FF-01's can still be had for just over £100 (excluding shipping)..

RE: fwd car wanted
The FF02 and M03/05 don't have the motor in front of the wheels, rather just behind them.
There are FF01's on ebay quite regularly. If you keep an eye out you'll pick a decent one up for cheap.
The one I bought (in the pic) was $70 USD + shipping. It came with a radio, 2 servos, MSC and a motor, no ESC and no bearings or shell, but otherwise in perfect condition with light marks on the bottom of the chassis and nothing was broken
