Default Unknown USB device when connecting G2

[:'(] It has been a month and the vendor RealFlight has replaced the Interlink once. Has anyone experience an message from the device manager in WinXP professional where the Interlink is labeled as UNKNOWN?

Does anyone know how to fix it? The vendor has not provided a solution.

Have you tried to uninstall the device/program, then tried to reinstll it as the manufacture states.

Amigo tex1790

Twice. I have even installed on my work computer which is running the same OS. My work IT personnel forces us to be constantly current on all updates of Windows which I systematically do at home too.

Is yours working on Windows XP, and you had no problems?
