Default UCD not so good on AFP

I have AFP and love it. My favorite plane whas been the OMP YAK . In the last few days I downloaded the Ultimate , Burrito and UCANDO and am flying them. I have real a Burrito and UCD 46 which I am flying currently also. The sim Burrito flies well and seems like the real one. The real UCD is easier to fly and more stable than the sim. Does anyone have suggestions for making the UCD more realistic? I am flying it with cg and throws unchanged.
I really like the Ultimate - my new favorite plane on AFP.

It's not a UCANDO it is a UCANDO skin on a self designed plane.

The Hype 3D flies a lot like the UCANDO.

Set the OMP Bipe rudder at 50 degrees.
