May be this is old news but is was new to me. Much better sloping than what comes standard with the AFPD.

Go to http://www.rc-sim.de/index_en.htm > downloads > IPACS > AFPD > Scenery and download Ohmenhausen AM Morgen scenery. Unzip it to the scenery folder.

Once in the sim pressing the spacebar repeatedly will place you on several diffent slope locations. Set the wind to the appropriate direction, crank it up and go.

I've only found three gliders at http://aeroflypro.com/ipw-web/bullet...forum.php?f=11 ...if anyone knows where there are more please post the link. There are so many awesome slope racers, it would be great to have more in the sim.

There are a boatload of gliders out there. Germans are big on gliders and motogliders ... they are the ones developing the sims and the planes.

Thanks for you reply. I didn't realize the AFP models would work in AFPD, bit I now see that they do!!!

Are there also "slope flying" sceneries that might be available for AFPD?

OK, so I might be late to the party, but better late than never! I dnlded the "islesmallAbendAFPD" scenery and it places you on top of the ridge between the Light house and the mtn with the cross on top. Great sloping!!!! Having a blast.

One question tho...some of the gliders I dnlded which were made for AFP do NOT have sound. Is there a way I can get them to the sound file the AFPD gliders use by editing a file???
