Default Using G2 Without A Controler

Hi. I borrowed my friedns G2 Disks. And it installed fine. I have a walkera (dragonfly) I wanted to use that controlerand cord to use with the G2. But when I open the g2 it says detecting controler may take 45 seconds. Then I get a Error no controler message. Then nothing. Is there anyway I can play the game without a controler or with the one I have? What do I have to do to get it to open all the way.? Any help would be aprishiated.

No - you need the controller.
The controller is an anti-piracy device.

does it need the controller everytime the game turns on or just the first time.
I would like to put it on a laptop but want a different controller and don't want to have 2 connected

It needs the controller every time you launch it....
