G2 not working
There are a number of DirectX example and diagnostics programs included with G2. Look in the "RealFlight Control Panel" under "Technical Support" . I would try running them to see what happens and take it from there. Maybe it is DirectX or your video driver that needs to be updated.

Turn off the fog!!!
I had the same problem when I installed mine. It has something to do with ATI video cards. Go to the Airport menu on the upper left of the screen, and uncheck Show Fog, and I bet it will work after that.

G2 not working
Try turning off the fog. I don't know why, but they loaded the fog as a default. I always had to click mine off as I had the same problem until I got all the glitches worked out.
