FS Sim not working

FS Sim not working
Hey guys. just got this FS one sim and can't seem to get it to work right. It's D/L'd and runs fine but once you start a flight it automaticly resets it's self for some unknowin reason. We got the patch from the FSone web site but that didn't change anything so far. Any help at all would be great.
