Default G3.5 Used Registration ISSUES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi guys im in the uk i brough real flight g3 updated it to 3.5 trying to register it and i comes up with this ( Unable to remove read-only attribute from copied file: C:|program files|common files|knifeEdge|RealFlight3.reg)
And then says call .... to change registration because someone has already registerd with a diffrent password
ITS USED BY THE WAY
i have all the 2 serials numbers cd case and controller what should i do, does the old user have to send me there password.

Help would be amazing Thx Jk

Hi Jk,

If you ask the previous owner to fill in the following form Great Planes will reset the registration information. Once they have done it (they should email the previous owner when its been reset) you can then register the software.
